I'm Annemarie. I am a wife, mom to four kiddos, founder and visionary of The Exceptional Mom. Our youngest has Down Syndrome and since her birth I have been an avid Down Syndrome advocate. Has it always been easy? No!
In 2018 a dream was birthed in my heart to see moms gather annually for a moms' conference. I wanted to create a day once a year where each mom would feel loved, supported, special and honored in her role as a mother to her child with special needs.
My vision is to see every exceptional mom connected, inspired, and networking in her community. Life with special needs can be very challenging, and The Exceptional Mom community is here for you with a listening ear, a caring heart, and a helping hand.
